Short Description:

FIAT-D Series precision forging right-angle filter is an indispensable device on the pipeline for transporting CO2 and other high-pressure media.

It is usually installed at the inlet of pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, constant water level valve or other equipment to eliminate impurities in the medium and protect the normal use of the valve and equipment. When the fluid enters the filter cartridge with a certain specification of filter screen, its impurities are blocked, and the clean filtrate is discharged from the filter outlet. When cleaning is needed, just take out the removable filter cartridge and reload it after treatment, so it is very convenient to use and maintain.

Structural principle:

1. Precision forging right angle filter is mainly composed of valve body, filter screen, gasket and cover.

2. The precision forging right angle filter has the characteristics of advanced structure, small resistance and convenient blowdown.

3. Its function is to remove impurities in the medium to protect the normal operation of valves and equipment.

4. The medium to be treated by the filter enters the body from the inlet, and the impurities in the medium are deposited on the stainless steel filter screen, resulting in differential pressure.

5. The structure is simple. When there are too many impurities, the filter screen will be blocked. The plug can be removed and the filter screen will be taken out for cleaning.
